The following course objectives are being met by this project.
Analyze leadership & management roles in social systems; (performance)
This project specifically goes on to target the administration of the nursing homes as it works to improve the communication involving the administration and the nurses. I will meet this objective by showing how the management of the nursing homes is directly linked to the way the nurses perform in them. It implies that the more responsible nurses are about their duties and their responsibilities, the better management of the nursing home would be. This project shows that this problem has been present for a long time. Picking it out and coming up with a solution will achieve the desired results. Meeting this objective will not only affect a single-nursing home, but if this is successful, it can be applied throughout the community. Ultimately, this would lead to decrease in errors and enhanced care of the elderly population.
